- No ads
Advanced Information:
AnodeVPN uses the open source encrypted routing protocol cjdns and PKT Lightning Daemon (PLD) to provide safe and smooth functionality.
Cjdns is an encrypted mesh routing protocol that provides fast, proficient, and optimal traffic routing. Cjdns is used for securely connecting to VPN servers, which then tunnel to the ordinary internet. It is designed to be self-configuring with predictable security properties that persist even if an attacker controls parts of the network. In practice this means anyone can own and operate their own part of the network without requiring special knowledge, permission or trust.
PLD is a full peer-to-peer PKT wallet with no central server. PLD uses the Neutrino protocol to interface with decentralized PKT full nodes. This uses BIP-158 Compact Filters to improve PKT wallet privacy. PLD verifies the correctness of the PKT proof of work blockchain in a lightweight way, by probablistically checking PacketCrypt proofs.

# v0.3.33 - updates for Premium VPN
User reviews
Used the Beta and that was good during the development cycle. Involved with PKT - nice to see a decentralised network really starting to take off!
Both wallet and VPN work as expected, looking forward to having more server options in the future. I'd definitely recommended this app.
