Strata

STRATA turns classroom walkthroughs into clear, timely insight, so school and district leaders coach the right teacher about the right thing at the right moment.

Leaders run short classroom walkthroughs against a shared set of look-fors. STRATA gathers those observations and does the analysis for you: who is overdue for a visit, which instructional practices are trending up or down, who is improving, what looks unusual, and whose feedback has not yet landed. Instead of another dashboard to dig through, you open STRATA and see a short, ranked list of what deserves attention today, each item backed by the evidence.

What you can do with STRATA:

• Run fast, focused walkthroughs against your school or district look-fors
• Capture evidence by typing or voice, and rate what you observe
• Deliver clear, synthesized feedback and a concrete next step to each teacher
• See who needs a visit and who has not been observed recently
• Track how instructional practices and individual teachers trend over time
• Ask STRATA plain questions about your walkthrough data and get answers backed by evidence
• Keep a shared, consistent picture of instruction across every school

Built for principals, instructional coaches, and district leaders who want less time in spreadsheets and more time supporting teachers.
