With the Gioia pocket money app from the Graubündner Kantonalbank, your child can manage their pocket money themselves and set savings goals. Your child learns how to handle money in a playful way and you as a parent remain in control in the background.

The Gioia pocket money app is part of the free GKB Gioia Kids package with account, card and app and is aimed at children aged 7 to 14. The Gioia pocket money app makes saving child's play. You don't even need your own smartphone, the app can also be installed on a parent's smartphone and used by one or more children. As a parent, you manage the app and card settings in the background.

Children can use the Gioia pocket money app
– see their account movements and the current account balance,
– record their savings goals and save towards them.

For the safety of your child, the card is not stored in the app and access to the account is not possible with the app.

Parents can use e-banking in the digital branch in GKB
– manage the Gioia pocket money app (username and password),
– view the child’s account movements,
– Manage card functions (block card, adjust limits, activate and deactivate cash withdrawals from ATMs and contactless payments),
– Set up a standing order for pocket money.

The prerequisite for using the Gioia pocket money app is the free GKB Gioia Kids package. Parents need an active GKB e-banking contract to be able to access your digital branch.
