It provides a service where a delivery driver, having received an order via the app, uses the corresponding order information and location to pick up items from a store or the place of request, travels to the destination, and delivers the goods.

📱 Guide to Rider App Service Access Permissions

The Rider App requires the following access permissions to provide its services.

📷 [Required] Camera Permission

Purpose: Required to take photos and upload them to the server during service execution, such as taking photos of completed deliveries or transmitting electronic signature images.

🗂️ [Required] Storage Permission

Purpose: Required to allow selecting photos from the gallery to upload completed delivery photos and signature images to the server.

※ On Android 13 and above, this is replaced by the Photo & Video Selection permission.

📞 [Required] Phone Permission

Purpose: Required to call customers and merchants to provide delivery status updates or respond to inquiries.

📍 [Required] Location Permission

Purpose of Use:

• Real-time location-based dispatch

• Delivery route tracking

• Providing accurate location information to customers and merchants

Background Location Usage Guide:

Location information is collected periodically to maintain delivery status even when the app is not running (in the background), and to track routes in real-time and respond to emergencies.
