PayHr gives employees a convenient way to view the records their employer makes available. Sign in with your employee email and choose your employer workspace.

PAY STATEMENTS
See your latest recorded pay and browse your statement history. Review gross earnings, deductions and net pay in Canadian dollars.

TAX INFORMATION
View available year-to-date payroll totals and stored tax declarations. Contact your employer for individual year-end tax slips.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Keep your personal, employment and payment information close at hand. Details are read-only; your employer’s payroll team can help with corrections.

MULTIPLE WORKSPACES
If more than one employer uses PayHr for your records, switch between your available employer workspaces.

ACCESS
An employee account with a participating employer is required. Use the email address your employer has on file. Available information depends on the records your employer has published.

Amounts are shown in CAD. A pay statement is a record of approved payroll and does not confirm a bank deposit.
