LitList: Book Tracker & TBR

Most book trackers feel like spreadsheets. LitList doesn't.

It started as a personal project... a way to finally have one place for every book, every reading thought, every quote that stopped you mid-page. Built for how BookTok reads, with romance, romantasy, and fantasy readers in mind, but made for every reader and genre. A reading tracker that feels like your reading life, not a productivity tool wearing a library costume.

📚 Your whole library, finally in one spot
Track physical books by page, ebooks by percentage, audiobooks by hours listened. Scan a barcode to add a book in seconds, or keep scanning to add a whole stack, and review the list before you accept. Import your entire Goodreads library in two minutes: shelves, ratings, and read dates all transfer automatically. Any standard CSV works too.

⭐ Rate the spice, tag the tropes
Rate every book's spice level on a five-pepper scale, the way BookTok does. Tag the tropes that matter to you (enemies to lovers, found family, slow burn, morally grey) and search your whole library by them. Half-star ratings, content warnings, spoiler-tagged reviews. Your books, organized by the things you actually care about.

📖 Recommendations built from what you've read
Today's Pick gives you one free book recommendation every day, built from the books you've actually read and rated. Not a bestseller list. Not sponsored. Just your next reading obsession.

🌙 Mood Match (LitList Plus)
Tell LitList what you're craving, whether that's enemies to lovers, high spice, or something to fix a book hangover. It picks your next read from your own TBR.

🖋️ Indie Authors Corner
Discover books from independent authors, with spice and tropes rated by the authors themselves. Every book is real, published, and available to buy. No paid placement and no rankings: every approved author gets the same spotlight. Indie author? Add your book for free from the app.

📅 Series tracking, TBR, and library due dates
Always know where you are in a series and which book comes next. Sort your series by finished, in progress, or unread. Keep a ranked TBR with a pinned "reading next." Track library due dates so you never pay another late fee again.

✍️ A reading journal and book log that lives with your books
Write journal entries as you read. Save quotes before you forget them. Your journal is private by default. It's never shared.

🔥 Streaks and reading goals
Set a yearly reading goal and a daily minutes target. Watch your reading streak build. It's more motivating than it has any right to be.

📊 Reading stats that go deep
See your reading pace month by month, your rating spread, average spice level, top tropes and genres, formats, and even your reading moods. All free, and all ready to share as beautiful stats cards.

👥 Friends and buddy reads
Follow friends, see what they're reading, and share reactions in real time during buddy reads. Send book recommendations, run reading challenges, and post shareable reading stats cards your followers didn't know they needed.

👨‍👩‍👧 Reading as a family
Create a reading profile for your kids under your own account. Track their books and milestones together. No independent child accounts, and no ads shown anywhere in the app.

✨ Go further with LitList Plus
