About Winkler
Winkler is a community of 12,000 located in the scenic Pembina Valley. Approximately an hour's drive southwest of Winnipeg, it's one of the fastest growing communities in Canada and is known for it's friendly and hard-working citizens.
The City of Winkler app provides residents and visitors with immediate access to local information such as notices, events, maps and contact information. As well as access to information, this app also provides the community with a means to share emergency information immediately with local residents.
