The Mercantis mobile application allows access on your cell phone to some of the main features of the Mercantis desktop system, such as:
- Financial and Billing Management Consultations;
- Customer consultation with their main data, contacts, last orders and Accounts Receivable;
- Consultation of Products, their availability, prices and costs;
- Release of the Sales Order, where information about credit, restrictions on billing rules, order items and their values can be analyzed;
- Carry out sales orders, online and offline;
- Purchase authorization, where the manager can check the order made, the type of shipping, its observations, payment and delivery deadlines, as well as the products ordered;
- Support, easier access to our Mercantis Desktop ticketing platform, where the user can contact us to point out corrections and request guidance on the system;
