WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Digital membership card
Present your membership card directly from your cell phone, with a QR Code for the establishment to verify its activity instantly. It also works without internet: the latest version is saved on your device.

• Network of partner establishments
Consult partner establishments in your city by category or by name. Each partner establishment provides a phone number, WhatsApp contact, address, and the benefits offered to members. One tap to call, open a WhatsApp conversation, or get directions.

• Your plan and your dependents
View the plan name, validity period, membership card status, contracted coverage, and the list of dependents included in the contract.

• Your data always up-to-date
Correct your phone number, email, and address directly through the app, and change the photo on your membership card.

• Customer Service
Contact your unit by phone, WhatsApp, or email and find the address of all units in the network. In case of death, customer service is available 24 hours a day.

HOW TO LOG IN

Access is via the CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and date of birth of the plan holder. No password or new registration is required. The app keeps you logged in without requesting your information each time you open it.

IMPORTANT

This app is for existing members only. It does not make sales, display prices, or process payments: financial matters and plan enrollment are handled directly with your unit's customer service team.

You can correct your information or request account deletion at any time within the app, in the Profile tab.
