Médicovet – Now there are veterinarians everywhere!

At Médicovet, we connect pet owners with dedicated veterinarians, offering guidance and specialized consultations for the care of your pet. We offer extended veterinary hours and appointments by appointment with specialized professionals, all from the convenience of your mobile device.

Our Services

On-call and Scheduled Consultations: Do you need immediate guidance or would you prefer a scheduled consultation? Our on-call service is available at convenient times to help with everyday situations, while scheduled consultations with specialists provide service focused on your pet's specific needs.

How It Works

Through our app, you can choose between messaging, audio or video calls, whether for a quick question or an in-depth consultation. We offer guidance on health, behavior, nutrition, disease prevention and much more, always following the CFMV guidelines for veterinary telemedicine.

Guidance or Face-to-face Service?

Teleguidance offers essential support, but does not replace in-person clinical care. Whenever necessary, our team will guide the owner to seek a physical consultation for detailed evaluations and diagnoses.

When to Use Médicovet?

Use Médicovet for guidance on food, behavior, preventative care and other aspects of your pet's well-being. Schedule consultations with specialists or count on our on-call team for support in times of doubt.

When to Seek In-Person Service?

For urgent, emergency situations or when there is a need for a detailed clinical examination, in-person assistance is essential. Our mission is to help you care for your pet safely and confidently.
