Kitelife

Kitelife is the centralized app designed to professionalize the management of kitesurfing schools, connecting administrators, instructors, and students on a single, efficient platform. Stop relying on spreadsheets and fragmented communication.

Start focusing on what really matters: delivering exceptional lessons on the water.

We focus on the core operational needs of your school, ensuring smooth scheduling and clear communication.

1. Centralized Scheduling and Lesson Management
- Visual Schedule: Clear views by day, week, and month for administrators to manage all bookings.

- Conflict Alerts: Automatic alerts prevent instructor scheduling overlaps, ensuring operational integrity.

- Instructor Flexibility: Easily switch instructors for scheduled lessons in seconds, adapting to real-time changes.

- Student Self-Service: Students can view their personal schedule, reschedule, or cancel lessons autonomously (within school rules).

2. Financial and Progress Tracking
- Hours Consumption: Precise tracking of student class consumption. Hours are automatically debited upon class completion.

- Post-Class Evaluations: Instructors record the actual class duration and provide grades/comments, building a valuable performance history.

- Student History: Students access a complete history of their classes, accumulated hours, and instructor feedback, promoting transparency.

3. Communication
- Push Notifications: Instant alerts to all users (Admin, Instructor, Student) regarding new bookings, reschedulings, cancellations, and instructor changes.

- School Profile: A digital business card within the app, providing contact and location information for students.
