Águas de Itapema

Following one of the strongest global trends, your sanitation concessionaire has just developed its newest resource, the Águas de Itapema application. The application will allow you to offer a range of services to you, consumers, who from now on will be able to count on this important and modern service channel.

The application will enable a new form of interaction between you, the consumer, and your sanitation concessionaire. In this context, if previously it was necessary for the customer to go to the company to generate a duplicate invoice, or change their registration data, or even check their debts, now, this will be done at any time, through the cell phone screen. .

With the application, you will be able to:

- Consult your invoices, consumption and issuance of second visas;
- Simulate and predict the next reading;
- Graphically check the Consumption History and view images associated with a reading occurrence;
- Pay your invoices.
- Report irregularities or leaks found.

Consult and change registration data;

Check the tariff table being used: Commercial and Residential. Among other resources.....

The basic advantage of the application is mainly the “Mobility” factor. Give the possibility of consulting and sending data, from anywhere and at any time.

But the advantages don’t stop there, let’s look at some of them:

Reduction in communication costs, as you, the consumer, will not need to call the sanitation company to request information that your mobile application already provides;

Optimize your time, as you will have an application at your side that will provide you with accurate information immediately. Furthermore, your program will be able to send and receive information remotely, eliminating the need to travel to other locations to receive such data;

Among many other benefits.

The application is available free of charge.
