INSPEFIRE is an application that automates the processes of Management, Periodic Inspection and Monthly Inspection of fire extinguishers and fire and emergency equipment.

As per the requirements of NBR 12962/2016 item 5.1 (replaced old NR 23 MTB).

Developed for service providers, SESMT professionals, civil firefighters or end users, without the need for technical knowledge, with its own or outsourced staff.

Well intuitive, it leads the operator / user to perform the management or inspection of equipment in a clear and organized manner, answering every check list and inserting photos and occurrences in an appropriate way, according to current legislation requirements.

Works online and offline,
• On-line, Periodic Inspection, Monthly Inspection of fire extinguishers and fire and emergency equipment already goes to the server automatically, provided you have Inspecash (credits that validate inspections).
• Offline, no internet connection is required for your field use, all information recorded offline will remain on the device and will be charged as soon as there is an internet connection, which is essential for outdoor work where there is internet access.

Inspefire registers equipment and sub-users, inspects, downloads and uploads the information of all extinguishers and hydrant set of the client, allowing the registration of new information, registrations and inspections directly on the smartphone or tablet, as well as to keep track of all the history of items.

It has a site / support platform that allows the master user to issue several types of reports according to requirements NBR 12962/2016 Item 5.1.3, with name, date, time of each inspection performed and registered occurrences and sub users.

It contains intelligent management tools that help the master user to manage field staff, with automatic warnings of equipment not inspected every 30 days, expiration of recharges, hydrostatic tests extinguishers and hoses.

It can be used in places without internet access because it stores all the information locally on the Android device and, when connected to the internet by wi-fi, automatically performs the synchronization of local data with the INSPEFIRE server.
