Desinflamação was created by Dani Sabino, a nutrition graduate, in 2020, to give laypeople, mainly, autonomy over their own bodies and practical solutions to daily discomforts. It is an online course, divided into practical steps that follow a unique and revolutionary metrology, to profoundly transform those who seek to: Have energy, lose weight, gain muscle mass, have great sleep and mood, use their brain's potential, be less reactive and anxious, and live life having fun, comfortable within their own bodies. You will learn about your body's signals, how to get it where you want it to be, read exams, understand good supplements and be able to choose good professionals to help you with those details, when necessary. Most videos/lessons are recorded and you can watch them at any time on the app or on the web, and you can also download them to watch offline. Some occasional live meetings also take place within the platform and are recorded, along with other content. When you sign up, you have support for all your questions, access to the community within the app and 1 year access to all content on the platform.
