About EficientIA

EficientIA is the operational management application for teams that respond to calls, execute work orders, and conduct field patrols. With it, technicians, coordinators, and administrators monitor operations on their cell phones, using the same rules, permissions, and data as the platform.
TECHNICAL MODE
Made for everyday field work. The professional sees the schedule, assigned work orders, and patrols to be performed, can switch units when necessary, and receives push notifications.
• Schedule: view daily and weekly appointments and start service requests from the scheduled time.
• Work orders: start, pause, and complete work; record checklists, materials, assets, photos, videos, and attachments; report specialty, location, and priority.

• Patrols: follow the route of locations, answer checklists per stop, attach evidence, and record execution time.

• Camera and gallery: capture photos and videos on-site to document the service, non-conformity, or completion.

REQUESTS AND SERVICE
The person coordinating the operation opens, classifies, and tracks calls, with SLA, priority, category, specialty, location, and unit. It is possible to convert the call into a work order, pause it with a reason, handle duplicates, validate the resolution with the requester, and monitor the criticality of the queue.
In service, the team manages:
• Maintenance and service work orders, with assignment to a professional or team
• Scheduling of recurring tasks
• Configuration and execution of rounds
• Incidents
• Team occupancy (Gantt view)
• Operational events
SUPPLIES
Control inventory, materials, movements, transfers between units, purchase requests, suppliers, contracts, and purchases — aligned with the consumption recorded in the work orders.
REGISTERS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Keep the operation organized: professionals, requesters, users, permission profiles, teams, and functions; units, buildings, locations, and labels (QR Code); assets and categories; technical documents; groups and SLA plans; Checklists, specialties, services, holidays, and schedule blocks.
MANAGEMENT
Track productivity and goals, monthly schedule, TV panel, and reports. In the control panel: system parameters, notifications, applications, logs, audit, and routines.
NOTIFICATIONS AND ACCESS
Receive urgent alerts and general notices on your device. Access is exclusive to authorized users of your organization. Log in with your EficientIA credentials, select the unit, and start working.
