Check2B — Desempenho Diário

Evaluate team performance every day. Pay merit-based bonuses at the end of the month. No spreadsheets, no guesswork, no arguments.

Check2B is the daily performance management platform for companies that want objective decisions: each task of the day receives a score of 10 or 0, and this score becomes a ranking, awards, and bonuses on the payroll — with complete auditing.

FOR THOSE WHO MANAGE TEAMS

- Evaluate in minutes via mobile phone, marking 10 or 0 on each task of the day.

- Configure your bonus policy once and let the system calculate automatically.

- Close the month with one click and export a ready-to-use CSV to your ERP or TOTVS.

- Detect biases in the evaluator themselves before they become a labor problem.

- Audit everything: each grade, each justification, each edit is recorded.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE EVALUATED

- See your daily grades on a simple calendar.
- Track your ranking and bonus projection in real time.
- Mark your tasks as completed with photo proof.
- Contest zero grades with evidence and a message to your manager.
- Download bonus receipts in PDF directly from the app.
