GeoLink Inspection helps international collectors purchase Brazilian minerals with greater transparency, professional quality control, and confidence throughout the process.

We understand the challenges of purchasing minerals from overseas, especially regarding quality control, authenticity, and accurate representation of each specimen. Our team works closely with buyers and sellers to meet specific requirements and provide greater confidence at every stage.

From the initial material inspection to the final pre-shipment inspection, GeoLink provides detailed reports covering key characteristics such as quality, color, clarity, visual balance, condition, and rarity.

How It Works

1. Find your seller
Find a mineral seller in Brazil and ask them to conduct the negotiation through the GeoLink platform.

2. Register your purchase through the app
Once the specimen and terms are agreed upon, register the transaction through the GeoLink app.

3. Professional inspection
The seller sends the mineral specimen to one of our accredited inspectors. The inspector carefully examines the piece and prepares a detailed report documenting its relevant characteristics, condition, and overall quality.

4. Buyer approval
You review the inspection report and approve the specimen before proceeding with payment.

Inspection payment
Once you approve the inspection, payment for the specimen is made directly to the seller, outside the GeoLink app. Inspection services can be paid by Zelle or wire transfer, also outside the GeoLink app.

5. Pre-shipment service
Before the specimen is shipped, GeoLink can perform a final pre-shipment inspection to verify that the approved specimen is the one being prepared for shipment and that it is properly documented and packaged.

Pre-shipment payment
Pre-shipment services can be paid by Zelle or wire transfer, outside the GeoLink app.

GeoLink does not process payments inside the app. Payments are arranged directly between the parties outside the platform.
