In mid-2008, Luis Yamanishi, a childhood friend of Alessandro's who had prior management experience, invited him to start a new food business.

The dream was to create a unique chain that could grow and provide opportunities for many people.

Two unsuccessful businesses were created, but they served as learning experiences and served as the foundation for the new Prime Steak & Burger restaurant concept.

With the help of Filliphe Camelo (Jarbas's son, who began working in restaurants in 2003), Prime was born with the mission of delivering superior quality products, prepared fresh to order, combined with an internal culture that values ​​the team and operates with sound management processes.

In 2013, Prime's expansion process through franchising began, and Thiago Camelo, Filliphe's brother, who worked in the family's other restaurants, joined the others to help build this business model.
