Hotel Maintenance Manager

Hotel Maintenance Manager replaces the reception notebook with a digital workflow for your hotel. Reception reports problems and guest complaints, technicians accept tasks, track them to resolution and close them, and the manager watches the whole operation from a role-aware dashboard.

Modules:
• Maintenance tasks with room, priority, photos and comments
• Preventive maintenance plans with schedules and reminders
• Guest complaints with statistics and one-tap conversion to tasks
• Expense requests with approval tiers by amount
• A full auditable history of every action

The app is bilingual (Bulgarian and English) and sends push notifications to the responsible staff on new tasks, status changes and approved expenses.
