In just 21 days, take on the challenge of running or walking 100 km, at your own pace and according to your desires. With the CAP48 100 km app, record your trips, track your progress, and receive playful encouragement from RTBF personalities via exclusive videos on the app. Invite your loved ones to support you and make donations to fund medical research into autism. Join us in this sporting and charitable adventure!

Participants can ask their loved ones, family, or colleagues to support them in this CAP48 100-kilometer challenge to raise as many donations as possible.

All donations collected will be used to fund medical research into autism; CAP48's new medical research project.

Access to the app is via your login details, which are the same as those used on the platform https://100km.agir-cap48.be.

1. Join the challenge

Download the free app and log in to your account.

2. Complete your 100 kilometers in 21 days

Let's go! By walking or running, you have 21 days to complete the 100 kilometers of CAP48.

3. Get cheered on by the hosts

RTBF hosts and RTBF's flagship programs will cheer you on throughout the CAP48 100KM challenge.

4. Leaderboards

Compare your progress with other participants using the various real-time leaderboards (km completed in real time). But don't forget: the important thing is to participate. With the team feature, you can also see how your teammates are doing.

5. News Feed

Want to see where other participants are, what places they're visiting, or what their best outfit is? Want to share your content, your walks, etc. Post your photos to the news feed.

6. End of the challenge

Congratulations everyone, the challenge is now over. It is no longer possible to create an account or run kilometers, but you can continue to access the app to view the rankings.
