Innosight Liveness

Innosight Liveness shows how a bank confirms, in a few seconds, that a real person is in front of the phone and that it is the same person as on their ID document.

The app is for banks evaluating Innosight's identity verification and for their teams. No banking operation is performed. Access is by invitation: the bank's administrator issues your account.

HOW IT WORKS
• Sign in with the account you were given and choose your own password.
• Read how your data is used and give your consent.
• Upload the photo from your ID document.
• Start the check: frame your face, move closer, watch the screen change colour and follow the short actions it asks for.
• See the decision — approved, sent to an officer for review, or rejected — with its reason.

WHAT IS CHECKED
• Liveness: depth from moving closer, light reflected from the screen, natural actions in a random order.
• Face match against your ID photo.
• The phone's key is kept in its secure hardware and verified by the server.

PRIVACY
Your photos and check frames are used only for the verification, are sent encrypted, are stored encrypted and are deleted automatically after the retention period. You can withdraw your consent and delete your ID photo in the app.
