OTM Tools

Stop quoting at midnight. Start winning jobs on-site.

OTM turns a 60-second voice note into a professional PDF proposal your client can accept on their phone - all before you've packed up your tools.

NOW IN 8 COUNTRIES
Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, South Africa and Mauritius. Pick your country once and OTM quotes in your currency, applies your local tax and puts your local business ID on every document.

HOW IT WORKS

Tap record. Walk the job. Describe the work like you'd explain it to your apprentice.
OTM's AI writes a clear, itemised proposal — with line items, tax, totals and your terms.
Review, tweak if you want, and send. Your client gets a branded PDF and a tap-to-accept link.
Get notified the moment they view it and the moment they say yes.

• Dates and totals formatted the way your clients expect

PERFECT FOR
Builders, electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters, landscapers, roofers, tilers, concreters, handymen, HVAC techs, cleaners, locksmiths, fencing contractors — every tradie, contractor and sole trader who's sick of typing quotes after dinner.

WHY TRADIES PICK OTM
The average tradie loses 6–10 hours a week to admin. OTM gives that time back. Speak the job. Send the quote. Get paid. That's it.

No more "I'll send it tonight." No more lost jobs because your competitor quoted faster. No more chasing clients to find out if they got the email.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Your voice recordings are processed securely and deleted after transcription. Client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data!
