With an easy-to-use dashboard and historical views, eXpertConnect™ helps users view how electricity is used over time, identify patterns in consumption, and stay informed about tariff periods and pricing. Whether you want a quick snapshot of current usage or a deeper look at long-term trends, the app makes energy data easier to access and understand.

USE eXpertConnect™ TO:

- View current electricity usage from a simple dashboard
- Track consumption trends over the past 7 and 30 days
- Explore historical energy data using custom date ranges, up to 18 months
- Access daily breakdowns with interval data every 30 minutes
- Identify 24-hour time periods and daily usage patterns
- Monitor estimated CO2e emissions alongside energy consumption
- Check current tariff status, pricing, and schedule, excluding any regulatory charges
- Estimate electricity costs based on applicable tariff rates
- Receive alerts for high usage activity and peak tariff periods, as defined by the user
- Personalise units, date format, theme, and notification settings
- Provide independent verification of retailer billing data

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The eXpertConnect app can only be used with SATEC metering hardware.
- Use with third-party devices is available on application.
- The app is based on the installation of SATEC NMI-approved metering solutions.
- eXpertConnect requires the customer’s email address to be registered with SATEC’s Expertpower cloud services and metering solutions.
