Forum convening a national network of leading voices on Climate & Energy
With every year since its announcement, the ‘net zero by 2050’ challenge becomes clearer and the call to action stronger. More must be done if we are to limit global temperature increases, mitigate the impacts to how we live and advance Australia’s international competitiveness as a producer of renewable energy. The focus is now pace, scale and participating in a way that maximises the economic, social and environmental opportunities - and leaves no one behind. A combination of strong policy solutions, coordinated action between governments, industry, and community should be front of mind if we are to meet our own targets and take the opportunity to be a partner in decarbonising across our region and the world. Join CEDA at our second annual Climate and Energy Forum, when we again convene with those working to drive measurable outcomes on climate and energy policy and facilitate a better understanding of Australia’s journey to a low carbon economy.
