zapMYstock Essential loads the inventory data that's already available in your business software into an Android device, which is then used to count your stock via a simple user-friendly interface, reducing the time and effort that a stocktake usually requires.

Using the barcode labels that are already on your products or shelves allows you to virtually eliminate data input errors so you'll have an accurate record of your inventory levels. Or you can print your own barcode labels using software available from us or others.

zapMYstock Essential uses a data transfer program that runs on your PC to “translate” the data from your business software into suitable records in your Android device. Communications with your device is via your Wi-Fi network.

Whether you’re using an accounting or business software package to run your business, a full featured ERP or WMS, or even just a simple spreadsheet, zapMYstock Essential can take some of the stress out of your stocktake.
