RC Viajes

We've worked hard to improve your experience using our app. Here are the changes we've implemented:

New interface design: We've updated the app's design to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Destination selection (optional): You can now select your destination before requesting a ride, allowing you to get an estimated cost and preview the route.

View driver and vehicle information: You can view driver and vehicle information, including their rating and reviews from other users.

View the driver's location in real time on a map: You no longer have to worry about your driver's location; you can now track their location in real time on a map.

Chat with the driver: If you need to communicate with your driver, you can easily do so through our real-time chat system.

Share your location via WhatsApp and other networks: If you want to share your location with friends or family, you can now do so directly from the app.

Post-trip quality survey: We want to ensure you receive the best possible service, so we now ask you to complete a quality survey at the end of each trip.

Booking history and log: You can now keep track of your bookings and view your scheduled trips.

Trip options and filters: You can now choose options and filters to personalize your travel experience, such as selecting a female driver, bringing pets, paying by card, or requesting a vehicle with air conditioning.

We hope you enjoy these improvements! If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us through our help section.
