Administration and management of the working hours of presence and activity of the personnel of the company NARREF NOMIS SL.

SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROCESS:
1-Access to the system with the User's 'Login' provided by the company.
2-It is automatically determined if the User is a Daily or Weekly Signing type.
3-The App determines whether the signing is In-Person (location of the Device close to the Work Center) or Teleworking (location of the Device away from the Work Center). In the case of inconsistencies or deficiencies in the GPS signal, special warnings are generated so that the user can manage them manually depending on the case.
4-In the case of a new Daily Check-in, the Entry Time is assigned. In case of delays or advances outside the parameters, incidents are generated that the user must document (orally or in writing).
5-If there is a previous Entry, the Departure Time is assigned. In the event that the work day carried out includes overtime or lack of time, incidents are generated that the user must document (orally or in writing). If the user has forgotten to clock out at the proper time then he/she must inform the Departure Time manually.
6-On the same day, a maximum of two daily check-ins can be made in the event of having to make a special departure in the middle of the work day.
7-In the case of a Weekly Check-in, it is controlled whether it is the user's work weekend and the check-ins for the work days of the week must be imputed, specifying whether they are In-Person or Teleworking. Failures to comply with the user's assigned Work Day must be documented as appropriate.
8-Historical signings (4 years) can be consulted in XLS formats automatically sent by email to the user.
