麻辣湯ものがたり

Your shop is a tiny Mala Tang (spicy hot pot) stall with just a single curtain.

As you arrange the ingredients on the shelves, customers will scoop up their favorites and enjoy their meal at their seats.

As you earn more, you can add tables and rooms, and your shop will grow into a popular establishment with seating on both floors.

Ingredients include glass noodles, bok choy, tofu, mushrooms, fish balls, beef, Chinese cabbage, quail eggs, shrimp, and lamb.

As your shop grows, you can add crab balls, bean curd skin, white fungus, and bun moja (a type of savory pancake) to your shelves.

■■ Can We accommodate a group of dozens of people? ■■
- When we receive notification that a group reservation has been made, we begin preparations.
- We clear seats, pack ingredients into shelves, and wait for their arrival.
- Both the first and second floors fill up with the group of customers.
- Once everyone has arrived, we receive a diamond and a 5-star review all at once.
- Hiring a dedicated cleaning staff member for the second floor will speed up the process of clearing seats.

■■ Getting a 2-star review rewritten to a 5-star review ■■
- Low-star reviews often contain honest feedback such as "long waiting times."
- We respond by making improvements to the restaurant, such as speeding up service, adding seats, and standardizing the interior.
- If we can respond, that person will come back and rewrite the review as a 5-star.
- The more we respond to customer feedback, the closer our restaurant's rating gets to 5 stars.
