TruckDawg — Fleet Dispatch for the Real World

TruckDawg is the dispatch and fleet management app built for truck fleet owners, operations managers, and drivers who need to get jobs done — not fill out forms.

Whether you run a small fleet or coordinate across multiple companies, TruckDawg gives you the tools to assign work, track progress, and settle up with drivers, all from your phone.

DISPATCH JOBS IN SECONDS

Assign jobs to your drivers or trucks with a few taps. Add job details, set pickup and delivery points, attach notes for the driver, and send a push notification instantly. No phone calls. No back-and-forth. Drivers get the job on their phone and accept with one tap.

TRACK EVERY MOVE

Follow each job from dispatch to delivery in real time. See whether a driver has been notified, accepted the job, started the trip, or completed it. Know what's moving and what's stuck — without having to ask.

MULTI-LEG JOBS & DRIVER HANDOFFS

Some jobs don't end at the first stop. TruckDawg supports multi-leg jobs where one driver hands off to another mid-route. Each leg has its own driver, truck, notes, and status. When Leg 1 completes, Leg 2 picks up — tracked end to end.

SUBCONTRACTOR JOBS

Outsourcing a job? Assign it directly to a subcontractor company instead of an in-house driver. Share the job details with the subcontractor's driver via a secure link — they see the job, accept it, and you track their progress just like your own fleet.

DRIVER SETTLEMENTS & ADVANCES

Manage driver advances and settlements without a spreadsheet. Record cash advances, track expenses per job, and confirm settlements when drivers return. Everything is tied to the job, so reconciliation is straightforward.

FUEL & MAINTENANCE RECORDS

Log refuels with the truck and amount, and keep maintenance records organized by vehicle. Know your fleet's running costs without digging through paper receipts.

BUILT FOR TEAMS

Invite your team with role-based permissions. Dispatchers can assign and manage jobs. Drivers see only what they need. Company owners have full visibility across the operation.
