Transparent Glass Wallpaper

Transparent Glass Wallpaper turns your home screen into a live transparent wallpaper, a real pane of glass over your phone.

Point the camera at the world and this transparent wallpaper softens it, tints it and dims the busy parts, so your icons and widgets stay sharp against it. The result feels like a window rather than a picture.

TEN TRANSPARENT WALLPAPER STYLES

Crystal Clear, Frosted Glass, Liquid Glass, Midnight Glass, Ocean Glass, Neon Glass, Privacy Glass, Mirror Glass, Rainy Window and Cyber Glass. One tap changes the whole transparent wallpaper, and you can tune any style and save it as your own.

NINE LIVE WALLPAPER EFFECTS

Rain drops running down the glass, fog and condensation, moving light reflections, floating particles, soft glow, water ripple, snow, an animated gradient and slow liquid movement. Elegant by default, and every wallpaper effect is optional.

MOTION AND DEPTH

Static, subtle parallax, strong parallax, depth or liquid movement. The transparent wallpaper shifts as you tilt the phone and as you swipe between home pages, then settles naturally instead of snapping.

SMART TRANSPARENT WALLPAPER

The engine reads what the camera sees and adjusts the transparent wallpaper on its own. Too bright to read your icons over, and it dims. Too dark to see anything, and it lifts the exposure. Too busy, and it softens. Your sliders keep the values you chose, and the adjustment happens on top of them.

ICONS THAT STAY READABLE

Light and dark readability modes, background dimming, adjustable blur, a gentle scrim where your clock and dock sit, and a colour overlay. In the preview you can drag stand in icons over the busiest part of the transparent wallpaper and check readability before you commit.

BATTERY AND PERFORMANCE

High Quality, Balanced and Battery Saver, plus a frame rate you can set yourself. The transparent wallpaper eases off when the battery runs low, pauses on the lock screen, and stops drawing when there is nothing left to animate. It runs on modest phones as happily as on fast ones.

PRIVACY YOU CAN CHECK

The camera has one job: drawing the transparent wallpaper behind your icons. Nothing is recorded. No frame reaches storage unless you tap Capture view yourself. There is no account and no analytics, and the app does not request internet permission at all, so nothing can leave your phone even in principle. One switch turns the camera off completely, and every style, effect and motion mode keeps working on the captured view.

ABOUT THE LIVE CAMERA

Recent Android versions stop a live wallpaper from opening the camera, and whether it is permitted depends on your phone and version. Where it is permitted, your transparent wallpaper shows the live view. Where it is not, the glass runs over a view you captured, with every effect and adjustment still live. The full live camera always works in the app preview, where you tune your style in any case. The app tells you which of the two your phone is doing.

You can also freeze the screen and set it as an ordinary still wallpaper, which costs no battery at all, and turn the transparent wallpaper off from inside the app whenever you want.
