About Simmour: Cooking Timeline

Cooking several dishes at once? Simmour tells you what to start when, so everything is ready at the same time.

Photograph a recipe from any cookbook, magazine or printout, and Simmour turns it into a clear, step-by-step cooking timeline. Add more recipes and it plans them together: one schedule, one serving time, every dish hot on the table.

HOW IT WORKS
• Snap a photo of your recipe (several pages are fine)
• Simmour reads the ingredients and steps and builds a timeline
• Choose when you want to eat, and every step is timed back from that
• Follow along in Cook mode, step by step, with the screen kept awake

PLAN A WHOLE MEAL
• Cook several recipes together: a roast with its sides, or a main with a pudding
• See where steps clash, such as two dishes needing the oven at different temperatures
• "Before you start" gathers all the chopping and prep in one list
• Pinch points warn you when your hands will be full

HELP AS YOU COOK
• "How to do it" explains each step in plain words
• Tap ? on any step to learn the technique
• A utensils list, so nothing's missing halfway through
• Food safety cues for meat, poultry and shellfish

YOUR RECIPE BOOK
• Save your recipes and cook them again in a tap
• Sort them into occasions: weeknight, Sunday lunch, Christmas, entertaining
• See what you cooked recently and what you make most

UK OR US KITCHEN
Choose where you cook. Simmour shows grams and °C or cups and °F, and hob or stovetop, while always keeping your recipe's own amounts alongside.

Perfect for Sunday roasts, Christmas dinner, Thanksgiving, dinner parties and busy weeknights.

EARLY ACCESS
Simmour is free to use: photograph your recipes, plan and cook. For Christmas, an optional Christmas pass (£4.99, 30 days, no subscription) adds Waste not, want not (turn leftovers into new meals, even from a photo of your fridge) and Surprise me (generate a recipe based on your preferences).

Simmour uses AI to read recipes, which can make mistakes, so always check ingredients for allergies and make sure meat is cooked through. Your recipe photos are read and then discarded, never stored.
