muuv

Planning your trip with muuv® is clearer and more liberating.

muuv does not charge commission. The trip fare is agreed upon between the passenger and the driver, and payment is made between the passenger and the driver. muuv does not act as an intermediary in payment/fare.

How does it work?
-You create a trip request: pick-up point, destination, and basic details.
-Suitable drivers see and accept your request. - After matching, you finalize the trip details. - Fare and payment are determined directly between the passenger and the driver.

Why muuv?
-Commission-free model: no platform commission.
-Transparent communication: you discuss and finalize the details of the trip from the beginning. - Flexible use: suitable for different needs such as short distances, long distances, and planned trips.
-Focus: muuv connects passengers and drivers; it is not a payment intermediary.

To improve the travel experience:
-Provide clear information when creating a request: address, time, notes.
-Confirm details after matching: meeting point, route, number of people, luggage. -Keep communication open before and during the trip.

muuv® offers a commission-free matchmaking experience: passenger and driver agree directly, payment is made directly.
