OPEN Manager

OPEN Admin is the studio owner's companion to OPEN — the software that runs boutique yoga and fitness studios. Manage your entire operation from your phone or tablet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Build and edit your class schedule; copy a week forward in one tap
• Take bookings with automatic waitlists
• Manage members, passes and recurring memberships
• Get paid through Stripe — cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Check students in with a QR scan
• Manage teachers, rooms and class types
• Send marketing campaigns and client messages
• Sell an on-demand video library
• Create event pages with booking
• Send EU-native invoices (Spain VeriFACTU-ready)
• Track revenue, attendance and memberships with clear reports

Every studio on OPEN also gets a branded client app for members, included.

Pricing is public and starts at €0 — a permanent free plan, not a trial. Paid plans add more, with no fixed-term contract, no setup fee, and founder-led support on every plan.

OPEN is built in the EU and serves studios worldwide.
