Training and exercises adapt automatically based on the selected development plan, theme and level. When you, as a trainer, fill in the prerequisites for a specific workout, the app adapts - even in the event of sudden changes; such as when changing the pitch or when there are fewer players than expected at a training session.

Pivotteam ensures that all players within an association receive the same conditions and high quality training. This by supporting all coaches with everything from training planning, changed conditions, technical and tactical instructions to player training plans, season planning and leadership and more.

With Pivotteam, the association subscribes to high-quality and well thought-out game and player development plans from confederations and major associations. Today we offer training plans from Djurgården's IF Football, and more will be added shortly.

The players get fun and well-thought-out training where development is the focus! The training's theme is synchronized throughout the association. If you practice and play matches with several teams, the focus is the same.

The coaches can spend less time on planning and adapting training - and instead focus more on leadership! Instructional videos provide effective training that promotes cooperation and uniformity in training methods.

The associations ensure and quality-assure a consistent development for all teams and levels. The coach's role is relieved in planning, which also facilitates the recruitment of new coaches.

Associations can effectively spread knowledge, guidelines and training in reasonably large portions. This provides valuable support to both associations and coaches and raises the standard of player development.
