Loop - Merchant

LOOP Merchant is a cashier application for the team of businesses using LOOP. Scan the customer's QR code, upload their earnings, and verify their reward. If you're a manager, you can also track the day's summary, reservations, and campaigns here.

How it works:
• The customer opens their QR code in the LOOP app. • You scan it, select the quantity, and upload it. • When it's time to pay the reward, you scan the customer's reward code; when the screen turns green, you give the reward.

For Cashiers:
• Quick scan: Just point the camera at the code. It doesn't confuse QR codes that don't belong to LOOP, such as menus. • If there's no camera or the code isn't readable, manually enter the 8-character code. • Each result has its own color, message, and vibration; you can tell at a glance if it's uploaded or the limit has been reached. • Did you upload it incorrectly? Open the transaction from Transactions and undo it quickly. • If the connection is lost, the last transactions of the shift remain on the screen.

For Managers
• Today's screen: today's figures, things to take care of, and today's bookings all in one place. • Confirm, reject, or suggest a different time for bookings.
• Confirm high-value or suspicious transactions with your manager PIN. • Track campaigns, used rewards, statistics, and report summaries. • Easily switch between multiple branches if you have more than one.

Secure Vault
• Vault lock: unlock with quick PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint. The vault locks automatically after the application has been running in the background for a set amount of time. • The customer's QR code refreshes every 30 seconds; it cannot be used with a screenshot. • Consecutive rejected scans temporarily lock the vault. • The camera only reads QR codes; no photos or videos are saved. • When you log out, your session on this device, branch selection, and quick PIN are deleted.

To get started
You don't register on LOOP Merchant. Your business owner or manager invites you to the team from the LOOP business panel; You'll set your password and log in using the invitation sent to your email. If you forget your password, you can log in with the code sent to your email.
