HelpBook - Partner App

You already know how to fix things. Now you can get paid for that knowledge without leaving your house.
HelpBook Partner lets tradespeople offer paid video consultations to homeowners who need help diagnosing problems at home. A customer books a time slot, you join the call, they show you the issue on camera, and you tell them what's going on. Simple as that.

How it works:
Set your availability. Set your rate. When a customer books you, you get notified. Join the video call at the scheduled time, diagnose their problem, and get paid.

What customers typically ask about:
Plumbing leaks they can't trace. Electrical issues they're unsure about. Appliances that stopped working. AC units not cooling. General maintenance questions where they want a professional opinion before spending money on a house call.

Why this works for you:
You're not commuting. You're not hauling tools. You're doing a 15-minute video call from wherever you are — your couch, your van between jobs, your workshop. It's income from your expertise, on your schedule.

You stay in control:
Set your own hours and rates. Accept or manage bookings on your terms. No pressure to take calls you don't want.

Getting started:
Create your profile, list your trade and experience, set your availability and pricing, and you're live. Customers browse and book you based on your trade, ratings, and availability.

Safe and structured:
All sessions are one-on-one. Payments are handled securely through the app. You can report or block users at any time. This is a professional consultation platform, not a social network.
