Handoro is a home repair app with an AI assistant that does two jobs. It works out what is actually wrong, and when the answer is a tradesperson, it agrees the price before you speak to anyone.

FIX IT YOURSELF WHEN THAT IS SENSIBLE
Some jobs are a washer and ten minutes. Handoro walks you through those step by step, with the parts you need and what to check before you start. It also tells you plainly when a job is not one to attempt, and why.

DESCRIBE IT ONCE
Take a photo of the leak, the crack, the dead socket. Say what you can hear and when it started. The assistant asks the questions a good tradesperson would ask, and tells you what it thinks the problem is.

TRADESPEOPLE RANKED FOR YOUR JOB
Not a directory of everyone. Registered tradespeople are ranked against your specific job, on what they do, their rating and how far they are from you.

THE PRICE IS AGREED BEFORE YOU CALL
Say what you want to pay and when you are free. Handoro's assistant negotiates on WhatsApp with several tradespeople at once, on your behalf. You see priced offers against the times you gave, and you pick one, or none. You never have to read the haggling, and you can read every word of it if you want to.

YOUR ADDRESS STAYS PRIVATE UNTIL YOU AGREE
Your full address is released only when you accept a price. Until then a tradesperson sees the area, not the door.

IF YOU WORK IN THE TRADES
List yourself and job requests from customers near you arrive on WhatsApp. Your phone number is never published: it goes to one customer at a time and every release is recorded. Send your documents and a verified badge appears on your listing once they are checked. There is nothing to pay for a lead.

36 LANGUAGES
Both sides are written to in their own language. A Polish plumber in London reads your job in Polish, and you read the reply in English. The assistant answers you in whatever language you write in.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Handoro Pro and Premium start with 3 days free.

Handoro Pro. £6.99 a week, £19.99 a month or £69.99 a year. Ranked tradespeople with their contact details, every step of the repair guide, up to 5 tradespeople contacted for one job, and two jobs open at the same time.

Handoro Premium. £8.99 a week, £24.99 a month or £89.99 a year. Everything in Pro, with up to 10 tradespeople contacted for one job and five jobs open at the same time.

Handoro Trade, for tradespeople. £39.99 a month or £299.99 a year. Your listing in the marketplace, job requests from customers near you, and a verified badge once your documents have been checked. There is no free trial on this plan. Handoro invoices 25% of any price you agree through the app for your first twelve months, then 30%. Nothing is charged for a lead.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off automatic renewal, in Google Play at any time. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when the paid subscription begins.
