Hail Driver - Drive & Earn

Hail Driver is the official driver app for Hail — a home-grown ride-hailing service built specifically for Hong Kong. We designed Hail to be fair, transparent, and sustainable for drivers, with clear earnings, predictable payouts, and local support you can rely on.

Whether you drive full-time or part-time, Hail helps you earn more on every trip with a platform that respects your time and understands Hong Kong’s roads.

BUILT FOR HONG KONG DRIVERS
Hail is developed locally, with real input from Hong Kong drivers. Our routing, pricing, and matching systems reflect how the city moves — from cross-harbour demand patterns to peak-hour behaviour and airport flows.

FAIR, TRANSPARENT EARNINGS
Hail’s commission structure is simple and predictable. No hidden deductions, confusing fees, or surprise adjustments. View clear breakdowns of every trip, bonus, and payout.

ON DEMAND, RELIABLE PAYOUTS
Get paid fast. Hail provides consistent on-demand payouts to your bank account or supported wallet, powered by our reliable vendor Stripe.

SMARTER ROUTING FOR SMOOTHER TRIPS
Hail’s routing system is tuned for Hong Kong’s unique roads and tunnels. Expect efficient pickup points, accurate ETAs, and a smoother trip experience for you and your riders.

YOUR SAFETY MATTERS
From identity verification to encrypted data and trip monitoring, Hail is built with driver safety as a priority. Track trip details, view rider information, and access support when you need it.

LOCAL SUPPORT YOU CAN TRUST
We are a Hong Kong startup. That means when you need help, you speak with someone local — not an overseas call center. Fast, direct support ensures you’re never stuck.
