Coviva

Coviva is the app for planning a trip with people, not spreadsheets.

Every group gets its own space: a chat that doesn't get buried under your other WhatsApp threads, a shared checklist, a weather forecast for your dates, and a notes board for the ideas that usually end up scattered across five different chats.

★ SPLIT EXPENSES WITHOUT THE AWKWARD MATH
Log who paid for what, split it evenly or by custom shares, attach a photo of the receipt, even convert currencies automatically. Coviva works out who owes whom and settles it in as few transfers as it can — no more "wait, who owes who again?" on the last night of the trip.

★ EVERYONE'S DOCUMENTS, IN ONE PLACE
Boarding passes, hotel confirmations, insurance PDFs — upload once, and everyone in the group can open them. They're kept on your phone from the first time you open them, so a dead signal in the mountains or a flaky hostel wifi won't leave you locked out of your own ticket.

★ FIND THE PLACE, SAVE IT INTO THE TRIP
Explore is a browsable catalogue of places rather than a wall of star ratings. Browse by category, search a destination, or see what's nearby, then save anything worth remembering straight into your group's trip — and publish your own finds for other Coviva travelers.

★ KNOW WHERE YOUR PEOPLE ARE
Optionally share your live location with the group for a set time — useful for "meet up at the beach" moments, entirely your choice, and it turns off automatically.

★ AI TIPS FOR WHERE YOU'RE HEADED
Get destination-specific suggestions — what to see, local etiquette, practical advice — the moment your group sets a destination.

Browse Explore without an account. Sign in — no password, just a one-time email code — the moment you want to create or join a group.

Coviva is free to use, available in English, German, French, and Spanish.
