Cerko

Cerko connects those seeking service with local professionals, reducing booking times to just seconds—all you need is an email address!

FOR PROFESSIONALS
• Create a public profile (or a private one, visible only to authorized users) with services offered, prices, durations, and addresses (you can choose to provide a service at your office, in your home, or online).
• Manage availability with single or recurring blocks and set the maximum capacity for each service.
• Receive, confirm, reschedule, or reject booking requests.
• Check how reliable a client has been in past appointments, using customer reviews as well.
• Activate automatic notifications to remind clients of their appointments.
• View the daily calendar with the list of participants.
• Define your cancellation policy and late cancellation penalties. This means you can inform clients that canceling at short notice may incur a fee.

• Send communications to your followers (for example, you can communicate a last-minute discount to fill an empty slot)
• Monitor the progress of your business, from payments received to those still outstanding, from the most reliable clients to the least, and much more.

FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL
• Search by service, category, or name, and sort results by distance or rating.
• View professionals on the map and choose your starting point: your current location, your profile address, or one you enter.
• View services, prices, duration, options (in-person, at-home, or online), and reviews from other clients.
• Book your preferred slot and receive a notification when the professional confirms the appointment.
• If a slot is full, add yourself to the waiting list: when a space becomes available, you are automatically promoted and notified.
• Follow the professionals you're interested in and stay up to date on their news.
• Find past and future appointments in a single screen.

DESIGNED FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND
• Public or private profile, with follow requests to be approved
• Block and report users and content, with text moderation
• Location is only used while using the app, never in the background
• You can delete your account and data directly from the app
