Bisi² - Offline AI Assistant

Bisi² (BisiBisi, Bisi2) is an AI assistant that runs entirely on your phone. No internet, no cloud, no account. Ask it anything in airplane mode, in a blackout, on a mountain, off-grid.

Bisi² is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government entity.

WORKS WHERE THE INTERNET DOESN'T
The AI model runs on your device. Answers draw on real sources in your offline library, and the app lists the books it consulted right under the answer.

POWERED BY GEMMA 4, MULTIMODAL ON DEVICE
Bisi² runs Google's open Gemma 4 model on your phone. Photograph the plant you can't name or the part you need to replace and ask about the picture. Ask by voice when your hands are full. Photos and recordings stay on the device.

AN EXPERT SURVIVAL & PREPAREDNESS LIBRARY
One curated pack: 283 field-guide articles with 90+ illustrations across 13 topics - general survival skills, first aid, water treatment, food storage, off-grid cooking, energy and fire, shelter, edible and poisonous plants, animals and fishing, gardening, emergency radio, personal and home safety, and civil defense.
Each article draws on established reference publications and is checked against current first-aid, food-safety and emergency-preparedness guidance, including the places where old field manuals are dangerously out of date.

OFFLINE WIKIPEDIA & FREE TEXTBOOKS
Add offline Wikipedia - from a compact top-articles pack up to the full text of the 50,000 most-read articles, or all of Simple English Wikipedia - plus twelve free OpenStax university textbooks: biology, chemistry, physics, calculus, astronomy, microbiology and more, all free.

BRING YOUR OWN BOOKS
Import an EPUB, MOBI, PDF, Word or Excel file, or a ZIP of HTML pages and it becomes a searchable part of your library the assistant can quote and cite - converted on the device, never uploaded. A one-time unlock.

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
Your questions, chats, documents and location never leave your phone - there is no server that could receive them. No analytics, no ads, no accounts. The privacy policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose.

BUILT FOR REAL CONDITIONS
• Works fully offline after the initial model download
• Multimodal input: photos and voice, on the device
• Library sources consulted are listed under answers
• Figures and diagrams shown right in the chat
• Personal memories: it remembers your gear, allergies and notes - locally
• One-time purchases. No subscriptions.

The app is also written Bisi2 or BisiBisi.

Bisi² provides general reference information, not professional medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
