BauDoku: Site Reports PDF

BauDoku Mini helps small construction, trade and service businesses keep clear records of their work. Create reports on your Android phone, add photos and signatures, and share the result as a PDF. Core report creation works offline and does not require a user account.

RECORD THE DETAILS OF EACH JOB
• Manage customers and projects locally. Keep reports, photos and imported files together in a project file.
• Use reusable report templates, custom checklists and measurements for the current job.
• Record work times, tasks and material quantities where supported by the report type. A local material catalog helps with recurring entries.
• Add photos, label before and after, and highlight details with arrows or marked areas.
• Capture two separate signatures: company and customer, each with a name and role.
• Save drafts and find reports, archived PDF versions and open work.
• Keep project equipment, service history and documented defect resolutions organized.

CHOOSE YOUR PDF STYLE
Select Atlas, Klassik, Kontor or Original. Add your logo and company details and review actual PDF pages in the preview. You choose when to export or share PDFs and ZIP packages containing the PDF and original photos. For office review, collect work times and materials from a selected project in a CSV export.

WORK LOCALLY, CHOOSE WHAT TO SHARE
Reports, photos and settings are stored locally. Create a ZIP backup through the file picker and restore it when needed. You decide whether to export or share and which destination to use.

You can optionally connect the separate BauDoku Office Windows application. Pair the devices with a QR code and confirmation, then manually start a transfer of selected data. The connection uses LAN/Wi-Fi or an already configured VPN; both devices must be reachable. Data does not sync automatically. Reports and the PC connection do not require a BauDoku cloud account.

GERMAN, ENGLISH AND CROATIAN
The app and reports support all three languages.

The free version has export limits. BauDoku Pro provides additional export options through an in-app purchase. Current prices and terms are shown in the app.
