We developed a quick quality survey, which the customer of the dealerships, responds to when paying for services.
With questions aligned with the automakers' research, the idea is to be able to monitor the service notes with the customer still in the store, see the service performance of each technical consultant and in which questions there is an opportunity for improvement.
Each completed survey is sent online to the manager's cell phone. In case of bad grades, it allows immediate action to satisfy the customer.
