Skammtur turns daily closeout tallies into a practical prep tape for short-life food items.

Set the real working limits for each item: your opening demand estimate, batch size, minimum and maximum prep, waste cost, and sold-out cost. The production service combines those constraints with your recorded shifts and selected-place weather evidence, then returns a low, target, and high quantity for each item.

The target is cost-balanced rather than presented as a guarantee. Every tape includes an evidence ledger showing the number of recorded shifts, matching weekdays, sold-out observations treated as minimum demand, uncertainty, batch snapping, and the state of the weather attachment.

Close the loop after service:

- Record prepared, sold, and left-over quantities
- Mark items that sold out before service ended
- Review the traceable calibration history
- Refresh a server-generated prep tape across signed-in phones
- Receive one optional daily prep-plan alert at your chosen time
- Save a closeout offline and retry it when connectivity returns

Your menu constraints always outrank the forecast. Quantities remain inside the minimum and maximum you set and are snapped to valid batches.

Privacy and access controls include an optional app lock with two independent methods: fingerprint or face, and a dedicated Skammtur PIN. Device credentials are not accepted as biometric fallback. You can export your current account data or permanently delete the account and its private server records from Settings.

Skammtur is designed for food stalls, market kitchens, pop-ups, and other small operators who need a focused prep decision rather than a complete point-of-sale or inventory suite.
