About Last Episode
Last Episode is a private tracker for the moments you want to understand — panic attacks, migraines, anxiety flares, binge episodes, insomnia, relapses, or anything that keeps showing up in your life.
Log in seconds. Reflect when you're ready.
HOW IT WORKS
When something happens, open the app and log it. Choose an intensity (from tiny to overwhelming), add a tag, and write a note if you want. That's it. No account required.
THE AI ASSISTANT
Once you've logged a few episodes, the assistant reads your recent history and helps you find patterns — what time of day things tend to happen, what tags keep appearing together, what might be worth paying attention to. It asks one question at a time. It doesn't push. When you use the assistant, recent episode data is sent to an AI model to generate a response.
WHAT THIS APP IS NOT
It's not a streak counter. It's not a mood board. It won't tell you to "stay positive" or celebrate a good week by making you feel worse about a bad one. There are no badges, no reminders to log, no social features.
PRIVACY
Your episode log is stored locally on your device. Local analytics. No advertising. When you choose to use the AI assistant, a summary of your recent episodes is shared with a third-party AI provider to generate responses. You control when that happens.
FREE TO USE
Logging, history, and basic patterns are free with no account. A paid plan unlocks cloud backup across devices, advanced pattern analysis, and an AI Therapist.
