About Amavie Games: Funny History

Great minds. Funny games. Archimedes, Nikola Tesla and Rasputin each star in a series of four games: slingshot physics, tower defense, puzzles, runners, stealth pranks, seek-and-find and more. Pick a hero on the home screen and play — every game is free, with no ads and no sign-up, and works offline once its series is downloaded.

ARCHIMEDES: SPLASH!
A lever, a bathtub and thieving gulls — all for one “Eureka!”
• I See You! (sneaky pranks) — Play tricks on Archimedes all over his house while his back is turned. When he says “Hm?”, freeze: whatever moves as he turns around is caught. Use the same trick twice in a day, and he is ready for it.
• Gulls, Give Back the Blueprints! (slingshot physics) — Pull back and let go: Archimedes’ inventions fly at the forts the gulls built on flying islands, and a tap in flight sets off each invention’s trick. Knock the forts down and win back his stolen blueprints.
• Stomachion (tangram and block puzzle) — The oldest puzzle in the world, and Archimedes’ own: lay his fourteen pieces into figures and find all 536 ways his square is made. Or fit bone pieces on the board, clear rows and columns, and fill his bath for “Eureka!”.
• Towel Run (obstacle runner) — Run down the aqueduct to the finish ribbon, level after level: swipe to change lanes, up to jump and down to slide — and keep the towel on. Or run the endless Marathon.

NIKOLA TESLA: ZAP!
Lightning, coils and the war of the currents with Edison.
• The Lab (stealth sabotage) — You are Edison at Tesla’s night show: sneak through his laboratory and spoil every wonder before its moment, while the audience laughs and takes each flop for part of the act. When Tesla says “Hm?”, hide — caught three times, and you are out. Sixteen nights, with a morning paper after each.
• Storm Nights (tower defense) — Colorado, 1899: Edison’s clockwork robots climb towards Tesla’s lab. Set copper posts, and the storm strikes by itself — lightning leaps from metal to metal, robot to robot. Grow posts into towers, roll ball lightning and keep your wires whole.
• War of the Currents (city-capture strategy) — Win Edison’s city for Tesla house by house: run wires from roof to roof, push the current through, cut a wire to make it surge and put in a transformer.
• The Earthquake Machine (rhythm and timing) — Watch Edison’s sign swing and slam Tesla’s plunger at the right moment, like pushing a swing, until the street shakes and the sign comes down. At Delmonico’s, play a glass’s note — or sing it — and the glass shatters.

RASPUTIN: UNKILLABLE!
They came for Rasputin. He challenged them to a dance-off.
• Gorokhovaya 64 (spy whack-a-mole) — Be Rasputin’s secret agent for a day: plotters hide all over his flat and give themselves away — eyes in a painting, boots under the tablecloth, a false beard in the queue. Knock or pull right where one shows; wait for his move, and his own trap gets him. Three hits on Rasputin, and you are off the case.
• Dance-Off (survivor-style arcade) — Lead Rasputin through a night in old Petersburg with one finger: whoever his stare catches starts to dance and joins his round dance. Last until six in the morning — and everyone dances.
• Cabinet Reshuffle (sliding block puzzle) — Drag every minister to the door of his own ministry before the clock strikes — his desk has to fit through. A small minister can leap over a colleague.
• Where’s Rasputin? (seek and find) — Rasputin hides all over old Petersburg — behind a newspaper, in a barrel, among the cabbages, in a tuba. Find every one of him: the picture is ink, and color comes back around each one you find. A new place every day — and in “Round-Up”, plotters in false beards hunt him too.
