Service Sync

Service Sync replaces paper service report books for field service companies. Technicians fill in the job on their phone - customer details, machine details, work done, labour and travel times - the customer signs on screen, and a professional PDF on your company's own letterhead emails itself to your office and the customer before the technician leaves site.

FEATURES

• Service reports and parts delivery notes
• On-screen customer and technician signatures
• Automatic labour calculation with normal time, overtime and Sunday/holiday rates
• Saved customers - select instead of retype
• Job card and purchase order references for easy invoicing
• Works fully offline; syncs to your company's secure cloud when back in signal
• Each company's data completely isolated and encrypted

Service Sync is for subscribed companies - sign in with the account your company created for you.
