Zollo: Calls & Messages

Zollo is a messenger where encryption covers everything you send — not just the text.

SIGN UP WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER
A username and a password are enough. No phone number, no email, no SMS code. You get recovery codes instead — keep them, and only you can get back in.

ENCRYPTED END TO END
Messages, photos, video, voice messages, video circles and files of any size are encrypted on your device and decrypted on your friend's. The server holds ciphertext and cannot read it.
If encryption is not up in a chat yet, Zollo explains why and asks before anything goes out in the clear. It never happens silently.

THE SERVER FORGETS
Messages, media and the call log are deleted from the server after 7 days, and the retention period can be set per chat. What stays on your own device is up to you.

CALLS THAT SKIP THE SERVER
Audio and video calls go device to device and are encrypted. Compare the security code on both screens — read it out loud if you like — and you know nobody is in the middle.

EVERYTHING A MESSENGER SHOULD DO
- Voice messages and video circles
- Photos, video and files of any size
- Reactions, replies, forwarding, editing, delete for everyone
- Pinned messages, scheduled messages, read receipts
- Stickers, themes and chat wallpapers

GROUPS AND CHANNELS
Group chats with admins, join requests and bans. Channels where only the owner and admins post, with a public address for links and search.

STORIES, POSTS AND LIVE
Share a story, publish a post, follow people and channels — in the same app, next to your chats. Go live, see who is watching, let viewers ask to join. Post captions translate with one tap.

ON EVERY SCREEN YOU OWN
Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac. Every device has its own keys and the same conversation. The list of linked devices is always visible — revoke anything you do not recognise.

PRIVACY CONTROLS
Private account, blocking, hidden from search, optional contact sync.

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL PREMIUM
Zollo is free and shows ads. Premium removes them completely.
