dms office

DMS OFFICE is the work app for DMS Express employees. Branch operators, warehouse staff and couriers handle parcels right from their phones.

Key features:
• Waiting — receive incoming parcels from partner companies by scanning barcodes and confirm them. Parcels are grouped by branch, and a parcel that belongs to another branch is not added to the basket.
• Order closing — hand a parcel over to the customer. The storage cell, the customer's other parcels and the payment status are shown on one card. Close an order with a photo and payment type, or without a photo when the partner company does not require one.
• Storage cells — place parcels into cells, see parcels without a cell, and gather one customer's parcels into a single cell.
• Delivery — assign parcels to couriers, view the delivery list, call the customer and open the address on a map.
• Outgoing and incoming mail — scan shipments by region and flight.
• Sticker printing and notifications about newly assigned orders.
