PULSE

3S PULSE is the internal operations application for 3S Lift, a provider of advanced access and safety systems, including the Climb Auto System. PULSE is used by 3S service technicians, project managers, engineers, and office personnel to capture inspections, log repairs, manage training, coordinate service work, and run day-to-day back-office workflows.

ACCESS

PULSE is restricted to authorized 3S Americas and 3S Industry personnel. Account registration requires a verified @3samericas.com or @3sindustry.com email address. The app is not available for general public use.

FOR FIELD TECHNICIANS

• Annual Inspection Checklist — Capture full Climb Auto System and Climb Assist annual inspections from the field. Sectioned forms walk the technician through each safety component, with photo capture,
signature pad, and structured part-replacement entries.

• In-App Camera Capture — Take inspection photos and videos directly inside the app. Each capture is tagged to the correct submission and uploaded with the report.

• Offline-First Workflow — Work continues without a network connection. Drafts, photos, and signatures are stored locally on the device and synced automatically when connectivity returns.

• Daily Inspection Reminders — Optional local notifications prompt technicians to submit pending field work at a chosen time of day.

• Location Tagging — Optional GPS stamping for inspection submissions, useful for verifying tower location and inspection geography.

FOR ENGINEERS, PROJECT MANAGERS, AND OFFICE PERSONNEL

• Faulty Findings Auto-Routing — Issues identified during inspection automatically generate tracking tickets routed to the correct engineer or project manager for review and follow-up.

• Push Notifications — Receive notifications when a checklist is returned for revision, when an inspection requires attention, or when account-related actions are required.

• Account and Team Administration — Administrators manage user access, position assignments, and team affiliations.

PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

PULSE collects only the data needed to operate the service-operations workflow. Submitted content (text, photos, video, signatures) is stored as part of 3S Americas' operational and warranty records.

Location is collected only when the user opts in for a specific submission. Push notification tokens are collected only when notifications are enabled. See the in-app Privacy Policy for full details.
